The courier delivers the boxes to your address in Latvia — office, warehouse or home. You pay for the delivery on a single invoice in euros with 21 % VAT.

You will need the sender details — the collection address, the name of the person handing over the boxes and their phone number — plus a description of the contents and their value. Then add your own delivery address and phone number in Latvia.
We contact the sender ourselves: we send over the label and agree a collection day. All they have to do is have the boxes ready when the courier arrives.
Track the parcel by its tracking number, receive it at your address in Latvia and pay for the delivery online — or by invoice if you are a company.
Most parcels from Poland to Latvia carry goods for business: components, fittings, materials. The same setup works just as well for an Allegro purchase or a parcel from family.
A furniture factory, a window maker or a wholesaler of finishing materials sells ex-works and does not arrange delivery. The courier collects fittings, fixings, fabric or tile samples right at the factory, and you receive the boxes in Latvia with a single invoice. For regular deliveries, we offer individual terms.
An Allegro auction, a spare part from a private seller or goods from a small Polish shop that only ships within Poland. Pay the seller for the item and give us the collection address — the courier collects it from them.
Relatives in Poland have packed a parcel for you, or your own goods are sitting with a Polish partner and it is time to bring them back. Book the order here, and the sender simply hands the box to the courier at home or at the office.
There is no customs border between Poland and Latvia: both countries are in the EU. No declaration is filed, and no duties or import VAT are charged. The flat 3 € duty per product line, in force since 1 July 2026, applies only to parcels from outside the EU.
There are no customs formalities between Poland and Latvia. The carrier only needs a description of the contents, their value and the sender contact details.

The DHL and FedEx express services deliver in 1–3 working days after collection, the economy services in 4–6. Treat these as estimates: the carriers do not commit to an exact date.

Yes. Companies pay by invoice; private customers pay online. Either way it is a single invoice in euros with 21 % Latvian VAT.
Only what fits in boxes: fittings, fixings, components, tiles or material samples. Several boxes can go on one order. We do not accept pallets or oversized freight for inbound deliveries.
No. You enter the description and value of the contents yourself when booking, and no customs paperwork is needed within the EU. The sender only has to pack the boxes and hand them to the courier.
No. The service works in one direction only — from abroad to a recipient in Latvia. To ship from Latvia to another country, use the standard YouSend calculator.
