In your Shopify admin: Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps. If Shopify asks to confirm, press Allow custom app development.

Create an app → name it YouSend → Create app. Then on the Configuration tab, next to Admin API integration, press Configure, tick the permissions listed below, press Save and then Install app.
