Courier prices are going up — YouSend is still the better deal Courier companies are raising their prices. Since early July, the fuel surcharge on express shipping has risen from 40% to 55% at UPS and from 38% to 53% at FedEx. Fuel alone has made express delivery about 11% more expensive. YouSend expands parcel deliveries to Latvia from outside the EU From 16 September, customers can book parcel deliveries to Latvia from the US, the UK, China, Canada, Switzerland and other countries outside the EU through YouSend. It also applies when the goods arrive from third countries. US duty now follows the product code — the $800 exemption is gone The de minimis exemption has been removed across all channels, postal included. Duty is now based on each item's product code and country of origin, not the country it was sent from.
